About Us

Personalized Eye Care for the Entire Family

I truly love what I do, and at the heart of my practice is teaching. I see each visit as an opportunity to listen, explain, and learn together. I also make it a priority to spend meaningful, unhurried time with every patient—while still respecting their schedules—because good decisions come from thoughtful conversation, not rushed appointments. We all value technology and the precision it brings to modern optometry, and we have invested in it for our patients, but I see it as a tool that supports careful thinking and personal connection, not a replacement for it. My personal background as a scientist, professor, clinician, and even a musician shapes how I care for people: with curiosity, clarity, attention to detail, and an appreciation for balance. I try to bring all of that together in every interaction, keeping the focus where it belongs—on the individual patient in front of me.
